APPOINTMENTS • For your enhanced comfort and relaxation please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. To ensure that the right treatment is given, be prepared to answer some general questions regarding your personal skin care concerns, and medical conditions. Please note: the use of prescribed or over-the-counter exfoliants can be a contraindication to receiving some spa treatments. • Late arrivals will limit the time of your service, thus lessening it’s effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next guest’s scheduled appointment. The full value of your treatment will apply. Reservation: In order to reserve your appointment, a credit card number must be given. We accept all Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All appointments are held with a Credit Card. Cancellation Policy: 100% charge for missed. 50% if appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours. We do require a Credit Card when booking all appointments. Any Packages must be cancelled within 48 hours. ON YOUR VISIT • Personal belongings are the full responsibility of the spa guest. • To ensure the safety of children and the enjoyment of all clients, we ask that parents or guardians make other arrangements for children. So that we may provide a safe and comfortable spa experience, children under the age of 15 are not allowed in our spa, unless they will be receiving services and are accompanied by an adult. • As a courtesy to our other guests, we ask that you turn off your cell phones
